2012 EMC Music Magazine Article (Double Page Spread)

This is my double page spread article, I have chosen to go with a simple colour design similar to the contents page to keep a flowing design. The editing I chose was to have the text blend with the image. I chose this design because I felt that the image I had captured for my double page spread was strong so I wanted to show this by having the text blend.

2012 EMC Music Magazine Contents Page

This is my contents page design for my AS media music magazine EMC. I designed the contents page with inspiration from a few magazines such as Q, NME, Mixmag and Uncut. I went with the simple design which is similar to the magazine Uncut because I wanted it to relate to an older target audience of the age between 19-24.

2012 Music Magazine Front Cover

This is my final edition of my front cover, I chose to do these colours because

I felt that they blended with the background because I chose the colour picker tool

to get the colour for the spray paint effect and also for text colours as well. The target

audience for my Music magazine is Indie/Dance enthusiasts.
